By subscribing to Technical Education Solutions News, you're giving permission to Technical Education Solutions to send you updates on classes and courses available/ (once or twice a month, as updates and news come in.
HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter the current contest by remaining a current confirmed subscriber OR subscribing to Technical Education Solution's free email newsletter via one of the sign-up boxes on the site at TechnicalEducationSolutions.com between 12:01:00 a.m. (ET) March 1st 2011 and April 1, 2012 at 11:59:59 P.M. (ET) and remain a current subscriber until at least April 2, 2011.
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. MULTIPLE SUBSCRIBES FROM THE SAME PERSON USING VARIOUS EMAIL ADDRESSES WILL BE VOID.
You must look for the confirmation email after you subscribe -- only those eligible who have also confirmed their subscriptions will be entered.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected subscriptions; computer malfunctions, including but not limited to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line failure; or theft, destruction or unauthorized access to entrant's email account. Email addresses that contain errors, are incomplete, corrupted or illegible will not be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries from anyone tampering with the entry process.
ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States over the age of 18 at time of entry. Apologies to those outside the U.S. who would like to qualify, but unfortunately the Sponsor is bound by law in this regard. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Employees of TechnicalEducationSolutions.com, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter.
WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random on April 1, 2012, from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify Winner by sending an email and announcing the winner's name (but not email address) in a newsletter within 2 weeks after end of contest April 1, 2012. Winner will be required to provide his/her address for mailing of the prize.
PRIZE:
The one (1) Winner will receive either a Kindle ebook reader or a Nook ebook reader (total retail value not to exceed $150)-- the winner will choose which one -- of a type chosen by the sponsor (wifi capable only). Sponsor is not responsible for delays of shipping from the manufacturer to the winner or in any issues related to the prize or its use or malfunction. There are often delays from the manufacturer, particularly with the Kindle, so the winner needs to expect this possibility. The winner will be solely responsible for the prize's use, any downloads, any purchases, etc., as well as applicable taxes related to the winning of the prize. Any problems with receipt of the prize, functionality of the prize and further use of is not a responsibility of the Sponsor.
Additional prizes will be announced within the newsletter itself -- so be sure to subscribe and stay tuned and open every issue.
