Webex Tips for attending classes
Webex Tips:
Good Day;
As part of our class registration process you will receive several emails with information regarding attending the webinar.

Use the session password provided to sign in to the class.

Please test the computer you are planning to use in advance of the meeting.
Login about 15 minutes early to resolve any technical issues you may have.

If the connection emails I will be sending are unavailable, you can always browse out to http://TES.Webex.com and select the meeting from the Calendar.
When you sign on you will be provided with a phone number and meeting attendee number, dial in and enter this code, it will allow us to associate your login with a specific phone line.
If you have a bad phone connection; hang up and dial in again, it is likely a local line issue.
Not to worry, if you do experience technical difficulties and miss the course a full refund will be provided.
Please remember the signup fee is connection based. We encourage you to have as many people in the room while we present. If you have more than one facility attending, each will need a unique registration.
Schedule your meeting to run long. After the Webex is a great time to get your Pharmacy, Nursing, and IT Staff to have a conversation about how things are going in your organization. Leverage the time while thoughts and ideas are fresh.
